We understand, there’s a lot to choose from and sometimes we get a too excited and choose the wrong product. That’s why we have super easy returns process. 

 

Can I get a refund?
 

All items are eligible for a refund provided they are returned within 14 days of purchase. The product must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging you received it in. We are not able to offer refunds on opened or used products due to hygiene concerns, and do not offer exchanges online.

Who covers the returns shipping fee?

 

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service when posting items back to us. Seamless Skin Clinic will not be responsible for returns parcels lost or damaged in transit.
